Yoga is the oldest system of personal development in the world and a complete science of life. It can be enjoyed and practiced by people of all ages and abilities. The physical practice of yoga teaches us to feel and pay attention to patterns, alignment, sensations, mind and breath. It brings our systems into balance and increases our natural healing powers and vitality. We experience peace and ease. Yoga is ultimately the entry to the inner knowing, leading us to the guru, the teacher within.
